Who manages the rented apartments? |
Bora Consult 2002 Ltd. is the management company for all apartments in the two blocks of the Majestic Hotel & Residence. The company has signed a long term contract with one of the most prominent European tour operators TUI UK and TUI Nordic for renting out the apartments. If you want to rent out your apartment, we are responsible for securing tourists, and for the proper exploitation of the property.
Also, we have signed additional agreements and are in current negotiations with several other prominent tour operators for securing the best possible occupancy rates.

Is there a management fee? |
| Yes, there is a 25 % management fee. It includes securing of tourists, keeping up of the apartments – all cleaning and overhead expenses – electricity, water, and miscellaneous, i.e. full management and maintenance throughout the whole rental period. |

Can guests of the apartment use all the hotel facilities? |
| Yes, certainly. Of course, they are to be charged as tourists for using the SPA, the beauty saloon, the restaurant etc. However, as an owner you are part of the whole family of the Majestic Hotel & Residence and have the privilege of using all complex` facilities and have free access to all of them. |
