Are there any mortgages associated with the blocks of apartments for sale? |
| No, there are no mortgages or any such burdens associated with the blocks of apartments for sale. |

Do you have a particular payment plan? |
It is very important to note that the whole complex is currently fully finished, all apartments equipped and furnished. Therefore, we are able to offer You any individual payment plan that will most suit your needs and resources.
A possible negotiable standard payment plan is: • 1st installment is 50%, and is due upon signing of the contract of sale • 2nd installment is 40% and is due within 14 days after the transfer of the second payment • 3th installment is 10% and is due upon notarization |

Is there any alternative way of payment? |
| Yes, the payment plan can be changed under certain circumstances, depending on the needs of our individual clients. We are open to discussion on any different payment structures depending on each particular case. So, do feel free to contact us for any further information. |

Is there a discount if a client buys two or more apartments? |
| We are open to negotiations in general. However, it does depend on the particular case. We do offer a discount for a multiple number of apartments purchased. However, it depends on the number of apartments, the prices, the payment plan, etc |

What is the first step in booking an apartment in the Majestic Hotel & Residence? |
The reservation deposit is 1500 EUR paid in advance for each apartment booked. It is kept to secure the particular apartment you are interested in for a period of 2-3 weeks while we settle all administrative matters of the purchase and is deductible from the first installment listed in the contract of sale. Please note, that the reservation deposit is non-refundable should you decide to cancel the purchase.

Do you provide mortgages or any kind of financial assistance to clients? |
| We do not provide any special financial help, neither offer mortgage options with any specific financial institutions. Each client is supposed to secure his investment by his own means. |

Is there any service or maintenance fee? |
| Yes, there is a maintenance fee. It is 7,50 EUR per square meter, and is paid twice a year. It covers the maintenance of the swimming pools, green areas, waste tax, elevators, air conditioning, ventilation, cable TV, park and alley lightening, security, fire alarm and safety, and phone tax. |

Does this include the maintenance of the property for the whole year? |
| Yes, the 7,50 EUR per square meter includes maintenance of the area for a whole year. |

Who pays the electricity and water bills consumed during the season? |
| If you use the apartment for your own purposes, you are the one who has to pay the bills as in any other residential property; otherwise you can authorize someone else to do that for you. If though, you are renting out your apartment/s through Bora Consult 2002 as your management company, it is our duty to pay the bills throughout the whole rental period. |
