Bora Consult 2002 Ltd. is the company investor in this project Majestic Hotel & Residence. It is the sole owner of a land property lot with an area of 45 000m2, situated in the northern part of Sunny Beach. Majestic Hotel & Residence is approved for that lot.
What is the exact location of Majestic Hotel & Residence?
Majestic Hotel & Residence is located in the northern part of Sunny Beach between Victoria Palace and Helena Resorts on the first line just a minute away from the beach and the pedestrian alley.
Are you selling apartments in both blocks?
Yes, both apartment blocks D with 163 apartments and E with a total of 165 apartments are for sale.
When is the complex going to be finished?
The hotel itself was opened for a couple of months in summer 2005 and has been fully operational during the whole summer season of 2006; block E was fully finished in May 2006, and block D a couple of months later this year. We are proud to announce that the whole complex is well-established and successfully functioning during this year.
What type of apartments do you offer?
We offer three different types of apartments studios, one bedroom, and two bedroom apartments with stunning panoramic sea and park views.
What is the average size of the apartments offered?
The studios are approximately 35 m2 40 m2, the one bedroom approximately 80 m2, and the two bedroom approximately 90 m2.

What percentage of the total area are the common parts?
Approximately 16-18%.
Are the apartments furnished?
Yes, the apartments are sold fully fitted and fully furnished. The furniture is included in the price.
Would the owner be able to add furniture to the apartment?
Yes, in general that is not a problem. It is important to note, though, that the complex is fully finished and furnished at present and any changes have to be additionally discussed and agreed upon. In such cases, we might even be able to help you out make the best of your interior design.
Will there be any heating provided during the winter season?
No, not really. The owners should provide for their own heating as being in a residential apartment in any other destination. Otherwise, the heating is provided throughout the whole operational season (May-October). It is charged per use based on a separate device in each apartment. The air-conditioning will not be functioning during the winter season and therefore the owners should provide for their own heating.
Will there be any hot water during the off-season (November-April)?
We have secured the access to hot water in each apartment throughout the whole year. It will be measured individually based on a separate device located in each apartment.
Is there parking facilities for owners of the apartments?
The parking area is free for all the hotel guests and the owners. There is enough space provided for all.
What levels of security are in place in the complex?
We provide 24-hour security for all owners of the apartments.
Can I also buy a parking lot?
No, we do not sell land. There is a huge parking space provided for all our guests.
